Every Product is a hand painted artwork, unless requested otherwise.

Please know that there is bound to have a little difference in the artwork and image provided for customisation.

In the case of disatisfaction in the artwork or any other request, please convey the message and it should be resolved with the best of the abilities keeping in mind the possible limitaions due to the base and materials used to paint.

Every product is varnished to keep it safe from dust and for durability.

It is encouraged to convey all the necessary details and customisations in the order before the painting is initiated. It may be difficult to incorporate the changes or customisations after the painting is initiated/completed.

Products will be shipped via Delhivery Courier Service, unless the pincode is non - servicable and it needs to be shipped via different courier service.

Free standard shipping service is available for all the pincodes servicable via Delhivery Courier service.

In the case of a non serviceable pincode by Delhivery Courier Service, another available Local Courier service would be used, updates for the same would be provided accordingly. Extra charges might be levied depending on the courier services used.

Shipping by air would be charged extra. The client will be informed about the necessary charges when the client informs about express delivery needed for particular order.

Every product is delivered with an OTP verification from Delivery Courier Service. Tracking details and updates would be provided by Delhivery Courier Service through their official WhatsApp account.

One-day delivery within Mumbai/Navi Mumbai will be charged extra and should be beared by the client. The rates might vary depending on the size of the product and service used.

The client is requested to shoot an unboxing video of the parcel to claim any damaged/missing/wrong product received. No claim would be entertained without an unboxing video.

In the case of damaged/missing parcel, further actions would be taken on case to case basis.

In the case of a parcel being marked as 'lost' in transit by the delivery partner, the client is liable to claim 50% refund of the amount paid or a replacement.

Payment shall be received via Online Transactions or UPI.

Necessary details shall be provided once the order details are confirmed.

Order will be confirmed on payment only.

Cash On Delivery is not available since every product is a custom made piece.

Once the order is placed and confirmed, a slot would be booked for the same.
-
Cancellations is not encouraged once the bookings are done.
-
Cancellation/Refund would not be entertained under the circumstances that the painting is initiated/completed and/or a week before the slot for the painting order is blocked.​
